The London Lightning are now only one win away from repeating as champions after beating the Windsor Express 112-107.

The Lightning and Express had the same efficiency from the field tonight, with the Lightning hitting 40 of 82 shots (48.8%) and the Express hitting 39 of 80 (48.8%).  There was a clear difference when it came to fouls as the Express committed seven more (29-22) than the Lightning.

Terry Thomas led the way for the Lightning with 28 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Thomas was also a perfect five of five on free throws and was a solid 58 percent from the field.

Jeremiah Mordi was also instrumental in the win with 26 points, six rebounds and three assists. Mordi also shot 50 percent from the field.

Mike Nuga contributed with 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists. 

Ja'Myrin Jackson led the Express with 30 points, seven rebounds and one assist.

Billy White was the most efficient shooter on the night, hitting 71 percent of his shots while tallying 27 points, 12 rebounds and two assists.

Latin Davis notched 25 points, seven rebounds and eight assists before fouling out late in the 4th quarter. 

Justin Moss had his best outing in this series with 15 points, nine rebounds and an assist while hitting all seven of his free throws.

Game 4 is in Windsor on Thursday May 25th. The London Lightning will be looking to close out the series while the Windsor will try to force a Game 5 back in London.
