Bolts' Williams Jr. Receives One Game Suspension
The National Basketball League of Canada announces the one game suspension of Kirk Williams Jr of the London Lightning for his interaction involving a fan during a game in St. John's Newfoundland on March 10, 2018
"The unfortunate incident that took place in St. John's isn't something condoned by the league and when the matter first came to light, we contacted the fan immediately to extend our sincere apologies," said deputy commissioner Audley Stephenson.
Williams was also subject to a fine for his role in the incident.
